Agency Impact Training

Job RequirementsThis position would directly report to the Agency Impact Lead; as Subject Matter Experts in Agency Training will ensure that the area under responsibility has impact in growth for Agency; Ensuring training, development programs and workshops are in place and delivered to the required standards, across all cohorts to support in segmentation movement, adjusting as required when planned increments are not being met.Work ExperienceHave good knowledge and experience in Agency training and development for new agents, experienced agents, leaders, MDRT and others.Good reporting skill.Good data analytic skill.Good in business/management presentation.Good in facilitating skill.
