C- oordinate all Welfare and Self-Reliance activities in Indonesia B- uild relationships with business, educational, and community resources to assist members in becoming self-reliant P- rovide coaching and assistance to returned missionaries to help them succeed in local or church educational institutes and job opportunities R- evelop and implement plans and programs to address needs, utilizing resources available through Church and community partnerships H- andle online ordering, ensure orders are successfully delivered, and complete all necessary documents for submission A- ssist with interpretation tasks and travel as neededB- achelor's degree in business, education, or related field 4- years of related work experience F- luent in both written and verbal English and Indonesian languages D- emonstrated ability to mentor, counsel, and coach people on a 1-on-1 basis S- trong administrative skills, able to work under tight timelines A- ble to cultivate resources on behalf of the Church and follow through Outstanding creativity skills, proactive, spiritual maturity and leadership S- elf-motivated, flexible and able to work independently and in a team E- xcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds P
