Your 'day to day' As Data Scietist for Commercial Ecosystem, you will have the opportunity to facilitate and catalyse data-driven decision making for business. You will drive the operation of data-driven solutions, ensuring the quality, credibility and integrity of our business intelligence and reporting tools in monitoring business activities as well as supporting the growth and sustainability of our digital ecosystem. As Commercial Ecosystem Executive, you will spend time: - Maintaining and continuously improving business intelligence and reporting tools. - Analysing data, generating reports and visualisations for guiding and forecasting programs and activities. - Continuously monitor, evaluate and enhance data products such as recommender system & other AI/ML algorithms. - Discovering new initiatives that will support the business. - Building and maintaining framework and documentations of data intelligence related activities and projects. - Collaborating to gather and build requirements with other stakeholders as well as act as a data consultant in advocating transformation through data-driven digital solutions. Besides working in a Team with a strong passion to deliver, innovate and grow; you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including but not limited to business stakeholders, data engineering and IT teams. Who we're looking for - Min. Undergraduate Degree, fresh graduate is welcome to apply - Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal It will help your journey if you have the followings: - Have a strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. - Have analytical mindset and able to translate business requirements to technical implementation. - Comfortable working with data & technology - Understanding of data analytics and knowledge of statistical methods. The following skills will be advantageous: - Proficient in business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI/Tablaeu/Cognos, MS. Excel. - Familiarity with SQL for datamining, data preparation and transformation.
