Warehouse Supervisor

Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation in the inventory team- Work closely with Marketing, Purchasing and Finance Teams to plan and monitor inventory levels- Train and manage the warehouse and logistic team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals- Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements by communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers- Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's/ Diploma degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation, or engineering- 3-4 years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations- Experience in FMCG, retail and/or e-commerce (Start-up experience a plus)- Experience with inventory management system and/ ERP system- Ability to work independently- Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractApplication Question(s):- How many experience do you have in logistics / warehouse operations?
