Job Responsibilities Requirements- Minimum education S1 and preferably S2- Maximum age 45 years old- Has served as Vice President / Director / BOD-1 level for at least 2 years- Preferably those who have experience as a business owner for at least 2 years- Not currently serving as an Institutional official, Member of the Board of Commissioners / Supervisory Board in BUMN, Member of the Board of Directors in BUMN,- Physically and mentally healthySkills Needed:- Business Solution & Improvement- FM, LM, Retail Operations, Control Tower Management- Profit & Loss Logistics Business- Customer Focus & Quality of Service- Business & Capacity Planning- Network Development & Cash Solution (COD)- Operational Cost Improvement (Identify and Implementing)- Negotiation & Partnership
