As their partner, we assist them in finding a dynamic and experienced Partnership Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities :
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant industry stakeholders, including brands, influencers, media outlets, and other agencies Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive business growth, increase brand visibility, and expand our agency's network Collaborate with internal teams, such as business development, marketing, and creative, to align partnership initiatives with overall business objectives Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, deliverables, and performance metrics, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term success Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact and fostering ongoing collaboration and communication Track and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders and partners Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new partnership models to continuously innovate and enhance partnership strategies Requirements :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field, preferably in the creative or marketing industry Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with internal and external teams Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor landscape Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to set and achieve partnership goals and metrics Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple partnerships and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
