**Responsibilities**:- Editing video footage for TikTok and Youtube in a way that is invisible to the audience.- Taking a brief to grasp the production team's needs and specifications- Improving and correcting lighting, coloring, and faulty footage- Reviewing shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes' value and contribution to continuity.- Consult with stakeholders from production to the post-production process.- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.**Requirements**:- Proven min 1-year work experience as a Video Editor.- Preferably Bachelor's degree.- Fluent in English, both in oral and written is a plus.- Have an understanding of TikTok and its algorithm.- Have experience in editing footage for TikTok- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages.- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity.- Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing on TikTok.- Creative mind and storytelling skills.- Able to join immediately and can follow WFO policy (Jakarta Barat)Ability to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Ability to Commute:- Jakarta (required)Ability to Relocate:- Jakarta: Relocate before starting work (required)
