Senior Creative Associate

Creating primary packaging design (tube) and PR box design for skincare product- Deliver a well-crafted skincare primary packaging design that follows Rose All Day design standard for consistency in design quality- Making sure all skincare products of the product design are well tested for their effectiveness and usability, as well as their implementation in the development- Provide prototypes, mockups, user flow, design specifications, or any other type of documentation to communicate effectively with the team- Design creative solutions that deliver not only to customer value but also solve business objectives- As a part of the Creative Team you are also required to contribute to the conceptual discussion with Creative Director, Art Director and team. Also maintain consistency of the design system- Bachelors degree in graphic design, art, or a similar discipline is highly preferred- Min. 3 years experience in the beauty, skincare, or luxury consumer brand industry is preferred- Have good communication and interpersonal skill (including: presentation, managing expectations, and negotiation)- Keen eye for details and of organized nature and highly motivated to problem solve- Experience in creating product sketches, vector designs, and 3D mockups- Skills in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D software is a must (Blender/C4D/Sketchup/Autodesk 3Ds Max/Rhinoceros/Keyshot)"Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
