Position Overview: Garuda Lions FC is in search of a UEFA A or AFC A qualified Goalkeeping Coach to join our team. We're looking for someone who shares our ambitious vision and is ready to commit to the long-term growth of the club and academy. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs specifically tailored to goalkeepers across all age groups within the academy. Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to goalkeepers, focusing on skill development, decision-making, and psychological resilience. Collaborate closely with other coaching staff to ensure seamless integration of goalkeeper training into the overall team strategy and development plan. Regularly assess goalkeepers' progress and performance, offering constructive feedback and implementing individualized development plans. Actively participate in the recruitment and scouting process to identify and recruit talented young goalkeepers for the academy. Engage with the local community to promote football participation and create awareness about Garuda Lions FC's initiatives. Qualifications: UEFA A or AFC A coaching license, with a specialization in goalkeeping coaching. Proven track record as a goalkeeping coach at the professional or elite youth level. Thorough understanding of goalkeeping techniques, tactics, and training methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Passion for youth development and a strong commitment to making a positive impact on underprivileged communities. Must be single with no family ties and willing to commit to living in Indonesia for an extended period. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia or a strong willingness to learn the language. Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace challenges and unconventional opportunities in football.
