Responsibilities :
Identify and target corporate clients and clinics for potential partnerships with our hospital chain. Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of corporate clients and clinics in relation to healthcare services. Present our comprehensive package services to corporate decision-makers and clinic administrators, highlighting the benefits and value proposition. Negotiate partnership agreements, including service offerings, pricing, and contractual terms, in collaboration with the hospital chain's management team. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and clinics, serving as the main point of contact for their healthcare needs. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customized proposals and promotional materials for corporate clients and clinics. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to corporate healthcare partnerships. Prepare regular reports on partnership activities, sales performance, and market trends to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in all partnership activities. Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Healthcare Management. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably within the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of corporate healthcare partnerships and clinic operations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with corporate decision-makers and clinic administrators. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
