?? Job Role Assist in developing a comprehensive training curriculum and materials. Support the Training Section Manager in delivering engaging training programs. Participate in recruiting, training, and managing a training team of approximately 10 staff members. Assist in training the training staff on the curriculum and delivery methods for training sales partners. Collaborate with the Training Section Manager to develop improvement plans to enhance the competencies of the training staff. Help arrange the training team's schedule to deliver training sessions to sales partners effectively. Contribute to monitoring training results, analyzing performance, and developing improvement plans. Collaborate with the Training Manager on other responsibilities as needed. Assist in serving as a bridge between Production and sales partners to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals. Support efforts to standardize and document organizational know-how to maintain service quality across personnel changes. ?? Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, Education, or a related field. Previous experience in training and development preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Sales experience is beneficial but not required. ??
