Course Coordinator Intern [Chinese Speaker - Remote]

**Company vision**: To accelerate the building of Mandarin Talents in Indonesia who are internationally competitive**Company mission**: To provide everyone with equal opportunity to excel through affordable education to the masses**Responsibilities**:- **Coordinating and Managing Classes**:Trial/official class schedule with the teacher and students, class recordings, facilitating communication between teachers and students, assisting in answering questions when needed.- **Engagement of teachers/students**: building class group atmosphere to be active, providing fast responses if students/teachers encounter difficulties during class hours.- **Class admin support**: Checking class attendance and reminding students who have not attended, generating certificates at the end of each batch of classes.- **Gathering feedback**: seeking feedback from students and initiating Google reviews, building good relationships with students.**Requirements**:- **Mandarin Proficiency (HSK 3-5)**: Proficiency in Mandarin, typically at HSK 3 to 5, is essential, enabling effective communication with Chinese teachers. Mandarin is also the working language in IndoPanda.- **Resourcefulness**:The ability to find solutions and workarounds to potential challenges or obstacles in managing courses is essential.
