Junior Social Impact Executive

**Job Responsbilities**:- Conduct research ideation, develop research briefs, and conduct fieldwork.- Analyze and summarize social impact research result and insight- Execute end-to-end social impact project and CSR from initiation and actively seek new social impact partner(s), finding problems and ideas, planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting.- Support the Corporate Communication team to amplify publications of social impact initiatives.**Job Requirements**:- A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Economics, Sociology, Politics, or Social Welfare with substantial exposure to research methodology and project management.- Having previous work experience (min. 1 year) in research, project management, and CSR is a plus.- Having strong analytical thinking, initiatives, and adaptive learning abilities.- Ability to work with limited supervision.- Good team player with excellent communication skills.- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and detailed work within a fast-paced startup environment.- Possessing a wide network of NGOs and government initiatives is a plus.- Ability to write excellent copy in English is a bonus
