Education**: A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, telecommunications, or a related field is required. Experience**:- Have experience in field testing, preferably in the telecommunications, networking, or technology industry.- Proven experience in conducting field tests, troubleshooting network issues, and validating product performance under real-world conditions.- Familiarity with field test equipment, tools, and methodologies commonly used in the industry.**3. Technical Skills**:- Proficiency in testing methodologies, including test planning, test case design, execution, and reporting.- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JMeter) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for automated testing.**4. Analytical Skills**:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues encountered during field tests.- Ability to analyze test results, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement or optimization.**5.
