Sr. Quality Assurance Associate - Surabaya

Develop curriculum to test the quality of construction workers (all-types)- Test, check, train, and improve the skill and quality of construction workers- Regularly improve the curriculum based on the feedback and field situation- Create KPIs to objectively assess construction workers- Keep update with the construction quality management and regulation- Oversee ongoing project as well as ensure all partners done the job in appropiate quality**Requirements**:- At least 3 years of working experience in construction industry- BS degree in Civil Engineer or equivalent work experience- Proven experience working on the site project- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills- Ability to influence people at the right level- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies- Focused and goal-oriented- BS degree in Civil Engineer or equivalent work experience - Proven experience working on the site project - Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills - Ability to influence people at the right level - Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies - Focused and goal-oriented
