Call Center**Telesales Agent**:- Makassar,South Sulawesi- Full Time**Roles &****Responsibilities***:- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements, needs, and close sales- Always strive towards meeting sales quota- Follow up with the existing customers to get feedback and understanding of the issue- Assisting in resolving customer complaints/dispute**Requirements**:- Diploma or equivalent required ; bachelor's or associate degree is a plus- Minimum 1 year experience as tele-sales or call center outbound/inbound; fresh graduates are welcome to apply- Proven record of met quota- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills- Fluent in local language (Javanese)- Fluency in English (spoken & written english)- Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM software- Willing to be placed at Makassar
