Job Description
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Determine selection criteria
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Lead employer branding initiatives
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:
Recent graduate or Juniors/Seniors currently attaining Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or comparable study is required
Fluent in English
The ability to conduct interviews and assess applicants fit to client’s requirements.
Proactivity and ability to work efficiently and independently
Experience with recruitment processes and databases
Strong oral communication and writing skills
Desire for continuous development and have a passion to learn
Excellent Computer Skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good decision-making skills
