Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia**About the Team**CRM lead will be an integral player within the Marketing team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the capability of our CRM platform (CleverTap, KingSMS, etc), crafting and executing any CRM campaigns too. The folks in the Fazz Agen brand, product, analytics, creative, and strategy teams will be your partners.We are looking for a data-driven and growth mindset that will be responsible for executing campaigns in order to grow the activation & retention of our users. Becoming the growth translator to create effective direct communication to activate and retain existing users.**What you'll do**:- Lead the CRM team in managing end-to-end campaigns development, including planning, monitoring, implementing, and evaluating marketing strategies and initiatives- Optimize onboarding experience through direct marketing (CRM) channels- Drive most of the existing merchant pool toward feature adoption, transaction, retention- Owner of the dashboard for marketing, and business goals, providing a clear view of impacts- Collaborate with the Product and tech team to maintain and ensure the capability of our CRM platform to execute CRM campaigns (i.e events requirement, tracking, etc)- Create marketing content such as key visuals, copy to be used in CRM channel- Collaborate with the business team in conceptualizing, designing, and building strategies and campaigns to reach business goals and visions- Contribute to the upcoming product launch- Analyze and communicate data-driven insights to develop recommendations to improve the productivity of targeting, and frequency of contact, regardless of channel**What we're looking for**:- Minimum 1 year of Working experience of CRM marketing- Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Marketing is preferred- Understand best practices and metrics of CRM app, SMS, WhatsApp, and campaign execution experience- CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze, KingSMS, experience is a must!- Creative thinker with a vision for crafting marketing communication- Experience in end-to-end campaign development, from planning, executing, and reporting- Experience working with cross-functional/cross-discipline stakeholders- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills- Attention to detail
