Talent Acquisition Specialist

**Requirements**:- At least 2 years of recruiting experience for full-time hires (business & tech roles), campus hires/MT hires. If you have experience in mass hiring would be an advantage.- Proven ability to meet assigned goals within deadlines and excel in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Prior experience in the tech industry.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.- Creative person with a love for project work!**Job Desc**:- Opportunity to work with and support multiple stakeholders in the System- Partner closely with TA PICs to manage end to end recruitment process- Provide support in TA programs/initiatives such as campus hiring, and campus engagement, and deliver results by effectively manage multiple projects- Build excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, business leaders, Pops Team and ensure Talent Acquisition is adding value and informing their decisionsBenefit: Basic salary, Allowance, Incentive, Insurance, BPJS**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 monthsPay: From Rp5,500,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Recruitment: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (preferred)
