Talent Acquisition Specialist

Actively manage the company's Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), various career portals, and online channels.Coordinate with Hiring Manager to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.Responsible for ensuring that the level of competencies required for each role is explored within the interview through competency-based questions.Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.Responsible for new hires' onboarding program.Meet with the new joiners to support them throughout the onboarding process.Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (preferable from the Information Technology background).Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous.Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.Knowledgeable of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, other (online) channels, and professional networks.Knowledgeable of recruitment metrics.
