It's what you'd expect from the most sustainable paints company, which has been inventing the future for more than two centuries.**Job Purpose**:- Work closely with HR team and hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.- Take ownership of the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, including but not limited to talent search and engagement strategy, employer branding as well as end-to-end talent acquisitions process from sourcing, interview schedule, offer negotiation, onboarding preparation, etc.- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open.**Key Accountabilities**:- Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.- Use your established networks to discover, and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talent to join the team- Successfully manage several talent searches in parallel and understand how to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines**Key Activities**:- Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications.- Develop and release job postings on a platform, such as social media and job boards.- Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database**Experience**:- 3+ years' experience in recruitment or human resources.- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.- Strong organisational skill and attention to detail- Ability to independently manage and drive the search strategy, as well as prioritize effectively- Excellent consultative skills and domain expertise to build productive partnerships with internal leaders**Education**:- Bachelor's degree in human resource management (or related field).- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools**Competencies**:- Accepting Direction- Accepting Responsibility- Acquiring InformationAt AkzoNobel we are highly committed to ensuring an inclusive and respectful workplace where all employees can be their best self.
