System Specialist

What You Will Do- Conduct operational training to internal user.- Setup, and configure multiple system used for internal business process.- Ensure ticket support requests are resolved or escalated in a timely manner.- Develop a manual guideline and kept it current and accurate.- Collaborate and work closely to vendor or third-party system support.- Regularly conduct test and monitor function of the system.- Regularly performs system monitor and test, ensuring information is being properly processed and entered into multiple system.- What You Will Need- Preferable have working experience at least 1 year in the related field.- Good communication skills is a must.- Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.- Knowledge of how ERP, OMS, WMS, and CRM system works.- Willing to learn a new ERP, OMS, WMS, and CRM systems.- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot system problems.- Good knowledge of API, Database, and Web development is a plus.- Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
