**About the Role****What You Will Do**:Own and make design decisions based on a thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design principles- Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment- Effectively demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills- Consistently ship features and improvements with mínimal guidance and support from other team members.**What You Will Need**:- At least 3 years of industry experience in ReactJS and its main fundamentals like JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, etc.- Excellent command in ReactJS workflows like Flux, Redux, Create React App, data structure libraries- Passionate about RESTful APIs, Javascript event loop, Promises, any Async JS library and having worked with JQuery, AJAX and Axios- Experience in Unit Testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Mocha, Chai etc., and test runners such as Karma and Jest- Proven track record of requirements scoping, data structures, algorithms, instrumenting and performance benchmarking, problem solving, as well as complexity analysis- Experience in Kubernetes and container technologies, source control tools like GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD- Familiar with of MSSQL or MySQL databases and modern authentication methodologies like OAuth 2.0, OpenID, SAML etc- Up to date with Identity and Access Management, User Access Control, Role-Based Access Control system, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, Identity lifecycle management would be a plus**About the Team**Gojek's Identity team, under the Enterprise Security team, plays an essential role in Gojek's success. We collectively oversee and manage IT Governance, Information Security, and Risk and Compliance for the whole company. Our work also involves quite a bit of cross-group collaboration and working with product groups across the company means we work across all of Gojek's markets, with colleagues and friends in Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, and India.So, that's a snippet of our work.
