Join us to empower more businesses with technology.**Main Responsibilites**:Improve the quality of onboarding project and ensure the procedure is meet with the standards to increase client's satisfaction.**Key Responsibilities**:- Monitoring and ensure the quality of Go Live project from Activation Team is in accordance with the SOP- Evaluate and Audit client's satisfaction for each project- Create detailed, comprehensive & well structured score planning align with OKR- Identify, Record, Documented the progress of every task with development tools- Prepare reporting to Manager / Head**Requirements**:- Have experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance min. of **3 years**:- Have a knowledge in HR is preferred- Able to work with team / independent & fast learner- Strong sense of responsibility & result oriented- Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly adapt to new changes- Proactively keep up to date with current trends & strong analytical to solve problems- Proficient with corporate productivity & web presentation toolsDon't forget to check*****bit.ly/RecruitmentFAQ-Mekari*****to see several frequently asked questions regarding our recruitment process.We wish you the best.
