Planning and developing merchandising strategies- Analyze sales figures, reporting growth, expansion, and change in markets- Placing orders, ensuring delivery and receipt of goods in accordance- Collaborate with principals and analysts to negotiate quantities and delivery time-scales- Handling supply problems as they arise- Managing inventory levels and distribution of stock- Monitoring sales and identifying any losses or stock wastage- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.- Providing inventory and sales report- Providing best selling and slow moving report- Assessing the effectiveness of different product displays and store layouts on sales figures- Briefing staff on stock display and rotation to ensure every space is optimized- Managing the product training materials- Ensuring retail staff are well informed on product details and promotions.- Assessing sales performance of different ranges- Getting to know the customer base and understanding their motivation and sales drivers- Gathering information on market trends and customers reactions to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock- Researching and monitoring industry trends and consumer behavior to anticipate demand and changes in buying patterns- Reviewing customer feedback to predict sales trends and seasonal stock demand- Reviewing competitors, including pricing and other progressRequirements:- Experienced in retail min. 2 years- Bachelor degree from all major are welcome- Excellent verbal and written communications skills- Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills- Strong time management abilities, including planning- Strong numerical and analytical skills- Team working skills- Attention to detail- Proven working experience in merchandising- Excellent in MS Office, especially in Excel- Experienced using SAP system- Experienced in retail- Exceptional ability to analyze data and draw relevant conclusions
