Shipping Associate Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:- Maintain and updated schedule of import activities.- Ensure the import activities are according to updated schedule of import activities.- Ensure a proper release on imported goods from customs zone: - Monitor and work on a daily basis on the customs clearance process. - Handle issues arising during customs clearance process. - Maintain good working relationship with customs office.- Ensure an appropriate handling and transportation of imported goods from the port to warehouse.- Report Import activities directly to Director.- Ensure import process catch the Lead Time.- Responsible with Import cost and discrepancies**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree majoring in Transportation- Have 5-6 years experience, minimum 1 year in Supervise level- Can speak both Bahasa Indonesia and English- Good interpersonal & communication skill- Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeDepartmentShippingLocationsHead Office
