Sr. Engineering Manager (It Operations)

Job Description:- Information Technology Infrastructure Management: Managing IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware and software that support operations.- Development Operations (DevOps): Implement DevOps practices to improve operational efficiency, automation, monitoring, and scalability of website infrastructure.- Cybersecurity: Establish cybersecurity policies, protect websites and customer data from threats, and proactively respond to attacks and maintain infrastructure security.- People Management: Create an Individual Development Plan for each member and monitor its successful activities periodically- Strategic: Prepare an Activity Plan every year including Budgeting, conduct regular reviews of the achievement of the Activity Plan and review the use of the Budget.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree from a major in Business Management/Information Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Engineering/Information Management or related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.- Minimum 6 years of overall work experience and knowledge of platform management.- Have competency in Technical Expert, Web Development, Mobile Development, Project Management, Database Management, Security, Data analysis, Used Car Business acumen, Microservices Architecture- Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills- Willing to work in the office (location: Jakarta)
