DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Role and Responsibilities To supervise site operation to meet project deadline in accordance with project schedule, layouts, drawings, and specifications.
To ensure all Civil, Structural, and Architectural works are coordinate well with other trade of works (Contractors, local residents and local government officials)
To supervise and ensure all installations to comply with the approved coordination and shop drawings
To carry out project monitoring and report on site work progress
To ensure contractors submit the daily/week/monthly reports and verify the reports
To ensure all other civil, structure and Architectural work are comply with authorities requirement& Workplace Safety & Health Procedure
As assigned by direct supervisor.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Maximum 35 Years Old
Bachelor Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in the related fields
Good technical knowledge, project organizing & supervising
Have good report prepare skill
Have good communication skill
