Site Inspector

Responsibilities:- Daily inspection and survey of existing building/site conditions- Responsible QA/QC activities for building construction project- Coordination with Tenants, Contractors, Building Management Team, Design and CM Team- Reviewing and understanding working drawings and presentations- Inspection of (tenant) fit out works and renovation works on site**Requirements**:- Min. bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil or other Construction field- At least 3 years in construction with site experience- Qualified in building design field with good knowledge in building or construction materials, finishes, fixtures, fittings and fire safety and H&S requirments- Good knowledge of construction sequence and methods (Architecture, Structure, MEP and Civil)- Good communication skills and proactive attitude- Good speaking and writing english skills- Profiecy in software AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup and Microsoft Office**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 months**Salary**: Up to Rp15,000,000 per month
