Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for Youtap's software products. Create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, ensuring thorough and effective testing of software functionalities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects and issues. Monitor and track software quality metrics, providing regular reports and updates to management. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Assist in the documentation and maintenance of quality-related documentation, including test plans, test reports, and quality assurance procedures. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and testing. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality assurance processes and methodologies. Provide support and guidance to development teams in implementing quality measures and best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3 Years+ Proven experience in quality assurance or software testing roles. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes. Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools for software testing and quality control. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and able to identify and document software defects accurately. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus. Benefits Competitive Salary
