Senior Production Manager

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor Degree form Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Chemical Engineering as minimum education background Male Age 4853 years old preferable. Male candidates domiciled in Medan / Sumatera Utara is a must Have experience minimum 10 years as Production Manager and or Plant Manager in Manufacture priority with similar industry (palm oil manufacture and packaging). English is a must Plan organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports of Management strategic initiatives Assure attainment of business objectives and production schedules while insuring product standards that will exceed our customers expectations. Manage spending against budget and in relation to changes in production volume Initiative plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of man power equipment facilities materials and capital.
