Production Manager - Fishery

PERSOLKELLY is one of the largest recruitment firms in Asia Pacific providing clients with comprehensive end-to-end workforce solutions, enabling us to leverage their connections as one of the largest recruiting firms in Asia Pacific.We are now seeking a position as a Production Manager who will handle producttion management for fishery manufacture who will handle the following key responsibilities:- Develop and execute the manufacturing strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders- Prepare and implement comprehensive production plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities- Oversee the operational production performance, investments and other business ventures- To contribute to the development of production plan & strategy, understanding of the local and national policy context, local competitive labour forces and local business opportunities.- Effective management and development of the operations team to ensure the delivery of the quality and cash flow objectives.- Day-to-day production management of quality products- Manages production operating and administration staff to ensure the integrity, food regulatory compliance, sanitation, shipping receiving and inventory control.We expect prospective talents to meet the requirements as below:- Bachelor degree from reputable universities with major related- Familiar with TPM & 5S, energy saving concept, and find root cause with 5 Why & fish bone theory- Mastering production process of fishery products for export market are mandatory.- Well spoken in English & Mandarin.- Willing be based at Banyuwangi, East Java.556757
