_We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Product Manager to join Little Lives, a leading provider of management software solutions for schools in SEA. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our enterprise SaaS products across the region. As a Senior Product Manager, you will possess exceptional execution skills and a proven track record of scaling SaaS products. Your ability to conduct in-depth customer research will be instrumental in shaping our product roadmap and delivering exceptional value to schools and educational institutions._**Responsibilities**:- Lead the strategic planning and execution of our SaaS product portfolio for schools, ensuring alignment with Little Lives' goals and objectives.- Drive the international expansion of our school management software products, leveraging your previous experience in scaling products globally.- Conduct comprehensive customer research to gain deep insights into the needs, pain points, and preferences of schools and educational institutions.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.- Develop and prioritise the product roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives, with a focus on enhancing the educational experience and efficiency of schools.- Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.- Monitor key product metrics and analyse data to make data-driven decisions and optimise the performance of our school management software products.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the education sector.**About you**:- Previous experience working in a SaaS environment, with a deep understanding of SaaS business models, industry trends, and best practices.- Previous experience working on building and expanding a B2B/ Enterprise solution product. Demonstrated success in scaling SaaS products internationally, with a track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.- Strong execution skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks, manage resources, and deliver results within tight timelines.- Proven expertise in conducting customer research, including methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gain valuable insights and inform product decisions for the education sector.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.- Previous experience in developing or managing HR/LMS software solutions, to enable understanding the unique requirements and challenges of professional development management in schools or educational institutions.- Previous experience in developing or managing finance software solutions, with an understanding of financial processes and reporting needs specific to the education sector.
