**About the Role**At Gojek, thousands of merchant-partners rely on us for their payment infrastructure needs. As Product Manager for the Clearing and Settlement, you will be responsible for creating tools and interfaces that will streamline our clearing and settlement needs. Collaborating with a talented troop of leaders in the engineering and business teams, you'll break down complex issues into actionable steps forward to optimize our product. Your efforts will further position GoPay as the hub for all digital payments and transfers made by our users, stationed at the top of their minds when it comes to moving money.**What Will You Do**:- Deeply understand our Finance needs by spending time and observing patterns/trends. You will live and immerse yourself in your users' world to get an appreciation of what they do and what they need- Define the product strategy and roadmap for finance products, including critical aspects of how settlement should be done at scale, books should be closed at the earliest.- Create, own, and execute a product roadmap aligned with the long term product strategy. Influence peers, stakeholders, and key executives through the use of data, logic, and user empathy- Own key results for your problem area, customer satisfaction, usability, on-time releases, and other critical metrics- Develop trusted relationships with engineering leaders, business leaders, and stakeholders to drive optimized product delivery- Convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner to cross-functional stakeholders- Manage prioritization, product definition, execution, roll out and impact analysis for each of the initiatives that are owned by your problem area**What Will You Need**:- At least 6 years of product management experience in delivering highly successful and innovative platform products- Ability to break down complex problems, identify use cases and solutions while working in an unstructured environment- Nuanced understanding of data, design, research, software engineering, business processes, and partner effectively with those teams Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements and features- Strong communication skills to weave strategy, insights, priorities and plans forward into a structured and organized storyline at all levels of management- Sharp attention to detail, with the ability to insist on high standards and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with mínimal supervision**About the Team**As Nasi Goreng is to the people of Indonesia, our Payments Engineering team is to Gojek: providing the nourishment to sustain our business from the inside out.
