Discover how you can make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities around the world.Reporting to AVP, Strategic Partnership, this position is responsible to manage product partnership for all products at respective bank partners including:- Make sure the product pipeline launched on time as scheduled- Liaise with product actuary (Product Development team and product pricing)- Review the new product deck to be submitted to bank partner- Review the marketing collateral needed related to new product (brochure, policy package, etc)- Review the training materials for new product- Liaise with bank partner's Insurance Business Group and also SLFI internal team to prepare all the initiative done for new product launching (press conf, customer gathering, etc)To track the Gross VNB Factor and Persistency of each product, and set necessary strategies to improve it- Responsible for reviewing persistency of each product and how to manage good persistency (liaise with Distribution Quality Business team)- Liaise with sales team and bank partner related to persistency (report, communication, action plan)Responsible for helping supervisor in improving after sales service (including customer experience, customers complain handling)- Assist supervisor related to customer complain that escalated up to channel head- Handle project for improving after sales service with operation team, customer relationship management teamAssist Supervisor in responsible related to existing product campaign/ initiatives, for example- Free top up campaign for non-special loading policies- Higher Sum Assured campaign for Personal Loan- Extra allocation for Regular Premium- Early Payment Options- Guaranteed Issued Offer (GIO) campaignAssist Supervisor in responsible related to compensation for sales team for each product.- review existing scheme- helping supervisor on revamp compensation scheme projectPost launch monitoring- Post review on production target- Post review on marketing activities including social media activities, one pager for customers.**Job Category**:Sales - Distribution Support**Posting End Date**:
