If this mission speaks to you, join our team today!**Get to know the Role**:The role is an in-house expert who consults with diverse teams on performance/growth-related matters. This role is responsible for driving day-to-day performance marketing topics for selected Grab verticals across the region and providing thought leadership to key stakeholders.Additionally, this role will initiate and drive business cases of important measurement-related projects to drive efficiency and performance of partners.**The day-to-day activities**:- Initiate, own and drive team-wide measurement projects collaborating with diverse teams ranging from ad ops, analytics to tech teams- Formulate quarter plans, strategies and budgets for performance marketing with local teams across selected verticals- Deliver user acquisition numbers within targeted performance marketing KPIs such as CAC and conversion rates- Drive cross-functional projects across product, analytics, marketing and partnership teams.- Extend the boundaries of performance by engaging in experimental activities and providing thought leadership / roadmaps to both internal teams and external vendors regularly**The must haves**:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics/maths and tech-related majors- Deep understanding in measurements (broader industry changes e.g. IOS14.5, Facebook AMM, multi-platform tracking), underlying building blocks (attribution windows/models, events, payload params) and marketing mix optimization will be critical- 5-6 years of experience in tech-driven verticals such as e-commerce & travel- Strong commercial sense, creativity and agility to exploit business opportunities- Track record of driving performance marketing across Southeast Asia- Proficiency in any programming language (e.g. SQL/JS/Python) highly valued- Self-starter and an exceptional can-do attitude**Our Commitment**We recognize that with these individual attributes come different workplace challenges, and we will work with Grabbers to address them in our journey towards creating inclusion at Grab for all Grabbers.**About Grab**Grab is the leading superapp platform in Southeast Asia, providing everyday services that matter to consumers.
