You will be fully responsible for designing and delivering GrabMart marketing campaigns, marketing offline activity, branding and sponsorship then monitoring its effectiveness and efficiency. You will work with various stakeholders to ensure a good Grab presence in nationwide-level and competitor analysis.The Day-to-Day Activities- Support and manage the development of marketing strategy to achieve the target of growing consumers base and maintaining consumers' loyalty- Collaborate with supporting functions (creative, PR, media buying, social media, etc.) to prepare content for campaign requirements and optimize the user experience.- Manage a campaign calendar with the Marketing and CRM team to ensure that communications are spaced out and sent out in a timely fashion- Provide insights and analysis around campaigns & content- Create weekly Report of business performance, evaluation campaign and next action item and reported to Marketing LeadThe Must-Haves- At least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field such as Marketing/Communications.- Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication skills.
