Join us to empower more businesses with technology.**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide legal services, including advisory, agreement drafting, agreement reviewing, legal analysis and product exploration and risk identification- Liaise with relevant regulators regarding licensing and compliance issues for different aspects of company business- Oversee and execute compliance initiatives- Handle a broad range of general corporate legal matters, legal documents filing, and administration, when required- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university- Having at least 3-year experience, preferably from a financial institution or a law firm- Having knowledge of OJK/BI regulation and reporting to OJK/BI systems- Experience in drafting a business contract and contract negotiation- Excellent teamwork- Excellent communication in written and oral to liaise with business stakeholders- Able to communicate in English (written and oral) would be an advantage- Excellent analytical skills- Able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously- Experience in advising non-legal persons on legal risks- Experience operating in ambiguous circumstances- Able to be proactive and take initiative.Don't forget to check our Recruitment FAQ at bit.ly/RecruitmentFAQ-Mekari (ENG) or bit.ly/RekrutmenMekari-FAQ (INA) to find the answers to commonly-asked questions regarding our recruitment process.We wish you the best.
