Compliance Associate

Today, ALTO aims to be the national leader in payment solutions using the most innovative technology to give impact on connecting merchants and financial institutions to their customers.This role will be reporting to the **Compliance Manager - Legal & Compliance Division**.**Main Function**Monitoring risks that may arise against the company, ensuring that the company's business activities are within the corridors of applicable laws and regulations, and coordinating and reporting to regulators.**Job Responsibility**- Monitoring business processes in the company.- Assess the company's internal policies.- Always ensure the enforceability of new regulations that have an impact on the company.- Educating company employees on new policies or regulations that have an impact on the company.- Prepare all data needed to report to regulators, both routine and incidental.- Ensure the implementation of AML CFT program in the company environment.- Conduct an inventory of documents related to company compliance.**Job Requirement**- Have at least 1 year experience in compliance- Previous experience in the financial industry is a plus.- Possess knowledge and understanding of applicable government regulations.- Have good communication skills both written and oralWby7AjycEp
