The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee's growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.
Job Description:
Handle our Management Trainee (MT) program end-to-end, including but not limited to: ensuring matrics program is well executed, monitoring and consulting career progression of each Trainee, all rounder for any issue from alumni/ongoing participants. Develop, execute, and evaluate Development Program for all key players in the company in order to increase key players and leaders capabilities. Develop, manage, and execute innovative Talent Management Program based on business needs. Check employee career projection in the development plan to ensure they are developed and on the right track. Analyze performance appraisal results and mapping the talent. Follow up performance improvement plan and coaching for underperformed employees. Identify issues of employment flight risk and sentiment. Liaise with other HR functions to keep up-to-date on changes and current employment legislation and regulations. Collaborate with the manager/leader to ensure the implementation of the HR Project. Requirements: Bachelor's degree majoring in Psychology/Management/Industrial Engineering/Human Resources or equivalent practical experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Management Able to communicate both verbally and written in English to communicate with our internal and regional stakeholders Hands on experience in Industrial Relation, Organizational Structure Analysis, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits Strong in analytical thinking, achievement drive and team mindset Excellent work attitude and commitment, proactive and initiative, accountability, prioritize with strong ownership towards projects
