Summary of Responsibilities: Assist the Villa Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the villas, ensuring all guest experiences meet the highest standards of luxury, comfort, and satisfaction Supervise and train a team of staff, ensuring they are performing their duties to deliver exceptional guest service Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency Collaborate with the Villa Manager in reviewing and analyzing guest feedback to continuously improve guest satisfaction Requirements Only for Indonesian Citizen Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role or the same position in a large luxury resort Knowledge of the OPERA system is preferred Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or other related fields. Master's degree is desirable
