About the role As a Senior Account Manager, you will help to drive and grow new and existing clients using our platform and channels to deliver media solutions, content creation, and market research for leading brands, advertisers, and agencies in the market. You will be using your influencing and relationship-building skills to anticipate clients needs and proposing how our range of solutions can help them to connect with millions of users and parents who are part of our community in Indonesia
This role will be based in Indonesia office and role will be to:- Manage relationships with existing clients and help them to achieve their business targets with our solutions- Build relationships with agencies, brands, and previous portfolio to acquire new clients- Drive account planning and mapping for the assigned territory to build sales pipeline- Analyze campaigns data and industry trends to prepare effective proposals and presentations- Ensure positive NPS and customer satisfaction after campaigns- Prepare quarterly/monthly business reviews with clients, key stakeholders, and internal teams- Personal Qualities- Excellent collaborative skills and the ability to be adaptable and agile- Highly organized, passionate, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.- Cultural Understanding and hands-on experience in a fast-growing start-up environment.- Good sense of humor!
What are we looking for - Proficient in speaking and writing in English- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field- 3 – 8 years’ experience as a account/sales manager or relevant role in media/tech/digital companies - Knowledge of traditional and digital media and its business landscape/trends- Successful track of achieving sales targets in the past- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach- A hustler and team player
