You can earn as much as you can.Join MAXCO Family!Job descriptions:- Informing the products and services to prospective customers and screening customers according to existing requirements- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales teams- Coaching and supervise the daily performance of the sales teams- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.- Present sales and realistic forecasts to the management teamRequirement:- Bachelor Degree or above- Successful 3 years' experience as a Sales Leader or Sales Manager- Strong business sense and industry expertise- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- People Management: 3 years (preferred)- Sales Marketing: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
