PersyaratanMinimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any majorHaving minimum 3 years experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, especially to Expatriate Director will be a plusGood communication skill in English (verbal and written)Good interpersonal skillsAble in doing multi-task job and good time managementDemonstrate a high degree of credibility and integrity Tanggung JawabMaintain calendar, schedule meetings and conference rooms, prepares and sequences agendasAssist Director in managing daily administrativeManage incoming/outgoing telephone callsArrange business travel related and daily/weekly/monthly meetingsPrepare correspondence letters, memos, minutes of meeting and/or reports, and handle confidential documents.Coordinate with Corporate Secretary Dept in handling expatriates matters
