From representing cool talents, HashEntertainment Group envisions to debut Music Video and shows.- **Job description**_- Liaising with head office and writing up quarterly/annual reports.- Recruiting, vetting, and training all new staff.- Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly.- Monitoring performance at all levels and scheduling training as required.- Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency.- Building professional relationships with staff and clients.- Maintaining a good image of the organization at all times.- **Requirements**_- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Country Manager- Experienced in media and entertainment industry is a plus.- Ability to understand key issues and provide solutions including best opportunities.- Committed to work fulltime (Monday to Friday, 10 to 6).- Willing to do WFO policy (Hash's office is located in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta).Don't forget to check out our website!We wish you the best.
