Our Surabaya, Indonesia branch is looking for a new Sales Representative to join their Sea Logistics team. ** Your Role **:You will focus on developing + diversifying business in line with financial + volume targets. ** Your Responsibilities**:- To own, monitor + drive all sales activities for (i.e. prepare quotation) customers within your control, ensuring prospects are identified, qualified + nurtured through the sales pipeline so as to close profitable + sustainable customer deals.- To align your sales efforts with Customer Care Location (CCL) Managers, Pricing + Sea Logistics Business Development teams, including pricing decisions.- To monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing + products.- To report customer feedback to the CCL team, supporting resolutions as required.- To align with CCL colleagues when onboarding new customers.- To maintain + update the most relevant customer information in internal systems.- To regularly review customer portfolios with the CCL Managers + team.- To focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation through high levels of service quality in close collaboration with the CCL.- Create new business opportunities, conduct presentations about our main Sea Logistics products- Prepare quotations using our online tools and submit our proposals to the customers, close customer deals**Your Skills and Experiences**:- 2+ years' experience in freight forwarding / sea logistics / transportation industry required- 2+ years field sales experience required with both Account Management and Development- Summarize customer requirements to develop solutions- Has customer pipeline in Surabaya city (i.e. Gresik, Mojokerto, Pasuruan, Sidoarjo etc)- Ability to converse fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English- Strong focus on customer + stakeholder relationships and time management skills- Top notch communication and presentation skill- Poses hunting spirit and are eager to go above and beyond for fair rewards and professional achievement- Have creative approach in regards of communication, connection and collaboration- Able to connect with customers as people and are ready to work together to do that with the Customer Care Team**About Kuehne+Nagel***With over employees at some 1,300 locations in over 100 countries, the Kuehne+Nagel Group is one of the world's leading logistics companies.CONTACTHera Setyowati
