Sap S4 Hana Project Manager

Responsible for the delivery of SAP S4 HANA projects.Participate in the project planning activities and manage the execution of project according to plan.Responsible for scope, timeline, and budget of committed projectsReporting to management as per SAP Project Governance (e.g. escalation management, communication management, risk management, quality management).Manage relationship with project stakeholders, keeping management, Steering Committee and business stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken to reassess and amend the scope of work requirements, budget and timeline.Analyze risk, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action.Ensure proper use of project management methodology (AGILE), standards, tools, processes and proceduresOver all understanding of End-to-end business processes in SAP S4 HANA as per SAP Activate & Agile methodology, including various phases like Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, E2E Test, UAT, Go-Live and support.Set product priorities and work with scrum teams.Should able to handle global teams, including onsite/offshore coordination.Experience as Project manager or project handeling.More than 10-12 years of SAP working experience in SAP.Implemententation experience is must.Experience of delivering SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud will be an added advantageExperience of working within an SAP Telecommunication / Retail environment.Strong written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.Language / Work Location - English/Bahasa, Indonesia
