Our schools offer internationally-recognized curriculum and the opportunity to earn globally-recognized credentials and degrees that open a world of possibilities for our graduates.Our academic program was designed by leading educators who embrace the best practices from America, Europe and Asia to create a powerful, unique educational experience that respects Indonesian culture and core values of the Putera Sampoerna Foundation:- Being good isn't good enough- Collaboration is key to conducting our activities- International-standard education should be accessible for Indonesians.**Job Description**:- Develop marketing communications plan, including goals, strategy, public relation calendar, content, and tactics to increase corporate brand awareness.- Assist in strategizing and planning high-quality public relations campaigns for related stakeholders.- Ensure website and digital platform content is engaging and accurate, and work with Digital Marketing Specialist to optimize pages for SEO.- Recommend, develop and execute integrated communications strategies and campaigns that support sales and marketing opportunities.- Research media outlets, influencers and contacts; compile and maintain corporate media lists and planning documents that align the communications functions.- Leverage and maintain the company's newsroom and other digital assets to ensure they reflect the company's brand and are helpful resources for reporters, stakeholders and influencers seeking information about Putera Sampoerna Foundation.- Support the Communication team's response during crisis situations as well as the crises and issues management efforts.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or university in public relations, mass communications or related field- A 1-2 years related experience within a public relations department or PR/communications agency.- Proven track record securing strategic media coverage and executing successful PR campaigns with measurable results- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate information to multiple audiences clearly- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and execute on several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, acting with urgency and accuracy- Strong team player and positive, proactive attitude with great interpersonal skills; ability to brief senior leaders, foster relationships with internal and external teams, and be solid support for immediate team members
