Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities? Researching new and existing regulations at both local and national levels, including government regulations, regional regulations, presidential decrees, ministerial decrees, etc., relevant to business operations. Analyzing and identifying the benefits, advantages, threats, etc., of new and existing regulations that impact business operations to assist in mitigating regulatory risks. Conducting ad-hoc analysis related to government regulations or laws as needed to ensure legal compliance and support organizational objectives. Collaborating and coordinating with relevant functions and stakeholders to communicate and share the results of regulatory analysis and implement risk mitigation measures. Compiling and developing a database of bank regulations by consolidating all regulations at local and national levels affecting business operations to facilitate regulatory risk management. Maintaining the bank regulation database by updating changes in regulations, ensuring access to the regulatory system, etc., to ensure its accuracy and relevance. Generating reports on the analysis of new or existing regulations and changes in regulations to inform stakeholders and support decision-making processes. Managing all administrative tasks related to regulatory and public policy analysis activities to achieve operational excellence.
Does it match your criteria? Bachelor's degree in Business Law or Public Administration. 2 - 3 years of experience in a Legal or Law Firm. Proficient knowledge of pharmacy and manufacturing regulations.
