Sales Operations Intern

**About the role**The Sales Operations Intern role entails overseeing various aspects of mortgage transactions, including maintaining relationships with external parties, monitoring transaction pipelines, processing commissions, and ensuring compliance with mortgage contracts and achievements. It involves managing the operational processes within the mortgage department to facilitate efficient and effective mortgage-related activities.**What You Will Do**- Maintaining good relationships with external parties; Banks & Property office agents- Conducting periodic interest rate updates regularly / monthly- Drafting cover letters for mortgage (KPR) referral- Monitoring Mortgage (KPR) and After Sales transaction pipeline & account receivable- Processing KPR commission payments to agents- Monitoring Mortgage contracts and achievements**What You Will Need**- Bachelor degree from a reputable university- Problem solving and analytical skills.- Intermediate level of using Google Spreadsheet/Excel.- English as the working language.- Fluent in communication and interpersonal skills.- Attention to Detail- Have real-estate industry background and experience would be a plus point_._**About the team**Sales Operations serves all internal Sales & Commercial stakeholders and strives to provide accurate forecast, performance input and output to the company.
